MediTract's Vendor Evaluation Forms (VEF) Solution automates the distribution, submission and management of electronic forms for the evaluation of third party vendors and service providers. VEF enables an organization to track the completion of these forms by identified responsible parties and document their responses.

In recent years, a host of new accreditation and regulatory directives have required healthcare organizations to track quality performance metrics for vendors that provide direct patient care. As a best practice, many organizations have also started to proactively assess contracts with non-clinical vendors as well. Custom fields within the solution enable administrators to document standards of care performance measurement details, which enhance reporting capabilities and demonstrate adherence Joint Commission leadership standards, LD.04.03.09 requirements as well as CMS Conditions of Participation. IMPLEMENTATION

With your currently deployed MediTract solution, you have already completed the heavy lifting. Your Contract Library forms the foundation for the VEF solution.
